Sterling Silver Brushes Webster & R. Blackington

Two small (3”x 2” x 1.5” tall) sterling silver brushes. Both monogrammed. One J.M.E 1972 and the other HPE JR. The one monogrammed HPE is antique & is from R. Blackington & Co. Both are in good pre-owned condition.
